| 内容記述 | 目的：へき地とその周辺の診療所医師の医療資源に関する認識について，資源の多様性の観点から比較・分析する。 方法：2010年に実施された「へき地等における診療所の現状と必要な支援に関する調査」（回収率42.1％）の回答のうち，自由記載欄に記入があった244件（全回答者の31.1％）について内容分析を行った。 結果：勤務地に関わらず，医療資源のうち関係的資源への言及がもっとも多かった。関係的資源と技能的資源への言及は，へき地診療所の医師に有意に多かった。関係的資源への言及に関しては，50歳未満に限定すると，勤務地による差はほとんど生じなかった。 結論：地方の診療所医師は，医療実践に関わる人間関係や実践の技能に対して強い関心を持っており，その傾向は特にへき地診療所の医師に強く表れると考えられた。勤務地にかかわらず，比較的年齢の若い医師に人間関係への関心が強いことも推察された。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose： This study clarified Japanese local clinic doctors’ views on diverse health care resources and examined demographic differences in their views. Methods： Data were obtained from the 2010 nationwide survey of local clinic doctors on the current state of and the support needed in community healthcare, conducted by Jichi Medical University（ response rate： 42.1%; number of respondents： 785）.The authors conducted a content analysis of the comments from 244 doctors who filled in the open-ended section. The mentions of health care were classified into five categories： financial resources, physical resources, human resources, skill resources, and relational resources. The frequency with which each resource was mentioned was calculated and compared by clinic type and doctor age. Results： Doctors across demographics referred to relational resources most frequently. Doctors at remote clinics intentionally mentioned relational resources and skill resources more frequently. When the analysis was limited to doctors below 50 years old, the frequency of relational resources hardly differed across clinic types. Considerations and Conclusions： Local clinic doctors, especially those appointed to remote clinics, have strong concerns about human relations in medical practice and professional skills. Further, young local doctors across different types of clinics value such relations. |
