The present study investigated the prevalence of CKD as well as lipid profiles affecting CKD, especially triglyceride (TG) levels.\nMethods: In total, 5,169 subjects were eligible for a cross-sectional analysis of baseline data from the Jichi Medical School Cohort Study. We examined CKD subjects with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of less than 60 mL/ min/1.73m2 and independent factors associated with reductions in eGFR.\nResults: The prevalence of CKD was 17.7%. Age, systolic blood pressure, and hyperlipidemia were defined as related CKD factors. The lowest, second, third, and highest quartile ranges of total cholesterol (TC) were ≤166, 167-188, 189-212, and ≥213 mg/dL, respectively; the quartile ranges of TG were ≤71, 72-100, 101-148, and ≥149 mg/dL, respectively. The odds ratio (OR) of Q2 to Q4 of TC relative to that of Q1 for CKD increased linearly (OR [95%CI]: Q2, 1.3 [1.0-1.7]; Q3, 1.38 [1.1-1.8]; Q4, 1.5 [1.4-2.4]). The ORs of Q2 and Q3 of TG for CKD did not increase, whereas that of Q4 did (OR [95% CI]: Q2, 0.95 [0.7-1.2]; Q3, 0.98 [0.8-1.2]; Q4, 1.21 [1.0-1.5]).\nConclusion: Increases in TC and TG levels were both independently associated with CKD. The relationship with CKD became stronger as TC increased, and the TG had threshold was 149 mg/dL.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"names":[{"name":"白石, 裕子","nameLang":"ja"}]},{"names":[{"name":"石川, 由紀子","nameLang":"ja"}]},{"names":[{"name":"石川, 譲治","nameLang":"ja"}]},{"names":[{"name":"松村, 正巳","nameLang":"ja"}]},{"names":[{"name":"石川, 鎮清","nameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"自治医科大学"}]},"item_2_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1881-252X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Shiraishi Ago, Yuko","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ishikawa, Yukiko","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ishikawa, Joji","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Matsumura, Masami","creatorNameLang":"en"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ishikawa, Shizukiyo","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2023-06-09"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"自治医科大学紀要 1881-252X(45)P29-36 2023.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"197.5 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_11","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"自治医科大学紀要 1881-252X(45)P29-36 2023","url":"https://jichi-ir.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1276/files/自治医科大学紀要 1881-252X(45)P29-36 2023.pdf"},"version_id":"2530a119-8384-4f07-9683-45796f1c16c3"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"chronic kidney disease","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"cohort study","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"hyperlipidemia","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"hypertriglyceridemia","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Association between hyperlipidemia and chronic kidney disease in a Japanese population; a cross-sectional study","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Association between hyperlipidemia and chronic kidney disease in a Japanese population; a cross-sectional study","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"2","owner":"12","path":["46"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2023-06-09"},"publish_date":"2023-06-09","publish_status":"0","recid":"1276","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Association between hyperlipidemia and chronic kidney disease in a Japanese population; a cross-sectional study"],"weko_creator_id":"12","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-08-25T06:00:30.039677+00:00"}
